Peter Law has 24 years of commercial experience in the hospitality, services, financial services and property development sectors in the APAC region. He has a wealth of experience in areas such as organisational development, HR transformation, strategic talent acquisition, talent management, L&D, organisational culture building, employee engagement and employer branding.
He was instrumental in transforming the HR function of the largest insurance company in Malaysia that won numerous prestigious HR awards: seven times the GTI Media Malaysia’s 100 Leading Graduate Employer (2009-2015); Recruitment Asia Awards 2016 and 2017; and AonHewitt’s Best Employer Awards, Malaysia 2016 and 2017.
In his current role, he has developed Mah Sing Group’s leadership capability model, L&D and performance frameworks as the anchor for talent attraction, talent development, performance and rewards, talent management and succession planning.
Peter is a certified coach, a strong advocate of authentic leadership, thought-provoking business ideas, Youth and Future Skills development, HR and a business turnaround specialist. He also co-authored the book “Leaders in Development” published by Acumen Publishing in 2017.
