Anice Chan is the Senior Director of Human Resources, Asia Pacific, where she works closely with senior leadership on the Human Capital aspects of key business objectives. She joined TransUnion in 2014, when TransUnion was embarking on the transformation journey. She advocates and drives leadership and associate development across Asia Pacific, improving leadership quality and retention of high potential associates.
Anice has over 20 years of Human Resources experience and exposure to MNCs across industries. She joined TransUnion from Global Payments, a Fortune 1000 company, where she led her teams covering 10 countries in APAC in providing support and advisory services to over 500 employees and managers in talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Prior to Global Payments she spent six years as Associate Director of Human Resources at APCO Worldwide, a leading global public affairs and strategic communications company where she gained extensive experience in strategic HR management across Asia Pacific region.
