Her expertise encompasses Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, and Regional HR Projects. She is dynamic and open to changes and new challenges.

Currently as Head of Human Resources in Lacoste, Cinnie has strong business acumen and worked as good HR partner with leaders from different streams for organization development and People strategies. She is also passionate to promote a happy workforce and culture for employer branding, talent retention and attraction. In recent years, Cinnie takes the lead to promote Diversity & Inclusion Program to promote equal opportunities in the Group and roll out related initiatives in Hong Kong to make an impact to the community and society.
