CY Chan joined Prenetics as Chief People Officer in 2021. Overseeing the People and Culture strategy, he drives Prenetics forward via long-term talent engagement and management.
Prior to joining Prenetics, CY held a similar role in the ICT sector to help his company to build a strong corporate culture that was recognized as one of the best companies to work for. CY’s career journey features a variety of key roles in human resources, sales, consulting, and corporate social responsibilities, across different industries.
CY also engaged himself heavily to contribute back to the community as volunteer and pro-bono consultant. CY holds a master of strategic human resources management degree and a master of applied psychology. He is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.
