David Lim is the Executive Vice President, People, PVH Asia Pacific. In his role, he has the regional leadership responsibilities and accountabilities to lead and drive people strategies and initiatives across Commercial division for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands across Asia Pacific region. In addition, he has the responsibilities to lead Supply division for HR supporting Asia, Indian Sub-Continent and Africa regions. He has also taken up added responsibilities for Regional Business Transformation Team to drive various transformational programs and projects across the APAC region.

With over 30 years in this field of work spanning across different industries as well as other Fortune 500 companies, his experiences are broad and varied. Before he joined PVH, David has worked in Walmart and Standard Chartered Bank.

David is born and raised in Singapore, educated in Australia and served in the Military as a Paratrooper for 3 years, being trained in pre-emptive operations (strike and reconnaissance missions) in hostile environments. Having lived and worked in the United States, Taiwan, Thailand and other locations in Asia. David graduated with Master degree of Human Resource Management from Curtin University of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Business degree, major in HRM from University of Tasmania.
