Internal Communications team falls under her remit to facilitate transparent and effective communications within DFS.
She led the team to win the Gold Award for Best Flexible Working Strategy in EXA Awards 2023.
Elaine has worked for DFS for 30+ years. Before leading the EX team, she was a HR Business Partner supporting the Corporate Office. Prior to HR, she held positions in Merchandising and key roles in Retail Store Operations.
