Eva Kwong is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Kerry Properties, where she oversees the human resources and administration functions across both Hong Kong and mainland China. Her previous role was the Chief Corporate Services Officer at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. In this capacity, she managed a comprehensive range of corporate services functions, including human resources, general procurement,
corporate administration, and innovation and technology.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Eva actively engages in public service. She is a member of the Pensions Appeal Panel and the Appeal Panel on Government Voluntary Contributions under the Civil Service Provident Fund Scheme. She also serves on the Advisory Committee on Post-Service Employment of Civil Servants and the Non-local Higher and Professional Education Appeal Board.

Eva is also dedicated to enhancing educational initiatives. She is a member of the Advisory Committee on Graduate Employment at the Hong Kong Baptist University and serves as a Board Member and Professional Fellow of the Honours Academy at Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. Additionally, she is an External Member of the Advisory Committee on Graduate Employment.
