Joanne Ho currently is the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Meiyume Group, which is an international organization with presence in Asia, Europe and US, aiming to empower beauty for the sustainable future. Brought along with over 20 years of solid experience in HR, she is leading the global HR teams and responsible for full spectrum HR functions, with particular focus on leadership transformation, organization development, talent resourcing and development, engagement and wellness.

Prior to joining in Meiyume, Joanne was the Chief Operating Officer of the Fung Academy, which is the corporate unit supporting the Fung Group for business success through development of knowledge and capabilities needed for the Group and its partners to compete in an environment of rapid change and disruption. The Fung Academy focused on Leadership, Talent, Sustainability and Innovation Development.
