Karina Cheung is currently the Head of HR at Giorgio Armani Operations HK Ltd. which is a wholly-owned supply chain operation in Asia for the Armani Group – one of the leading groups in fashion and luxury goods in the world.

Having tremendous experience in HR management for MNCs mainly with US and Italian organizations across different industries covering Asia Pacific regions. Being a business partner and internal consultant who provides strategic HR solutions to leaders with diverse cultural backgrounds, Karina has proven track records in building talent & organizational capability, aligning with business strategies in terms of talent acquisition, employee engagement & retention and people development.  As a change agent successfully facilitating organizational changes including mergers & acquisitions and organizational transformation projects.

Holder of Master Degree in Human Resources from University of Macquarie; and Bachelor Degree in Business Management from University of Napier.
