Kim Leung has a solid background in Learning and Development, and she is recognized for her work in creating a one-of-a-kind branded employee experiences. Ditching the traditional L&D jargon, ‘unconventional’ marks how she transfers knowledge, engages with a team and ultimately gets results. Her work has been recognized in the HKMA  Excellence in Training & Development awards.

Kim focuses on building learning ecosystems to maximize engagements, and applying the performance consulting approach when designing and implementing OD strategies to support business outcomes.

She is passionate about coaching and design thinking whilst also holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Psychology and Human Recourses. She is also a certified practitioner of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
