Kira Li is an accomplished HR leader with over 20 years of experience in the IT and high‑tech sector, including 15 years in strategic HR leadership. She has a strong track record in HR business partnering, organizational development, and driving complex change initiatives. Before joining Schneider Electric as HR Director for Hong Kong and Macau, Kira served as Global HRBP Head for Tencent’s Cloud International Business, leading organizational capability building and supporting rapid business growth. She previously held senior HR roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Infineon Technologies. Kira holds a bachelor’s degree in Law.
