Michelle Cheung is a seasoned Human Resources and Talent Management leader with over 20 years of experience shaping enterprise people strategies, leadership pipelines, and employee experience frameworks across Asia‑Pacific. In her current role, Michelle leads group‑wide initiatives spanning talent review, leadership development, succession planning, culture transformation, and learning governance across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international markets.

Michelle’s expertise spans the full employee lifecycle—from talent identification and HiPo development to performance and potential frameworks, leadership journeys, and engagement‑driven culture change. She has successfully designed and led enterprise talent strategies, leadership academies, and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen internal mobility, leadership continuity, and organizational effectiveness.

Michelle’s career across organizations including luxury retail, hospitality, FMCG, sports brand etc which gives her a broad, cross‑industry perspective on what drives meaningful and sustainable employee experience. As a judging panel member for the Employee Experience Awards 2026, Michelle brings a strategic, holistic, and human‑centred lens to evaluating excellence in employee experience.
