Noel began her career in cross-media industry with a scope covers Greater China Region. Subsequently, she joined global leaders in access solutions and radiotherapy treatment solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources, Beverage at Jebsen Group, she is a core member of Jebsen Beverage leadership team. As the HRBP of Jebsen Beverage, she has an overarching responsibility in organizational development, change management, workforce planning, talent management and development.
