Pakson Lau is the Associate Director in Talent, Learning & Development of CBRE, responsible for Talent Management and Development functions for Hong Kong and Taiwan, including Learning & Coaching, Key Talent Programs, Employee Development & Experience, and Inclusion & Diversity.

With over a decade of Human Capital working experience in various industries, Pakson has been responsible for driving people development and leadership succession pipeline initiatives to support organizational development. Partnering with the business, Pakson leads in organizational capability building and promoting this to deliver strategic business outcome. Also, with a passion of developing talent, Pakson helps individuals through people connection, and aspires to create opportunities for everyone realizing their own potential.

He received his Bachelor of Social Sciences from The University of Hong Kong and Executive Diploma of Advanced Business Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
