Paul Simon is originally from the UK and has enjoyed a 30 year career, working in a wide variety of industries and loving in working in many countries across the World. His main experience is in Compensation and Benefits but he has also held senior Talent and Leadership, HRIS and generalist roles.

He is currently the CHRO for Prudential’s Growth Markets which encompasses 16 countries across both Asia and Africa. He is passionate about helping Leaders achieve their true potential and in building a fair, inclusive and performance based culture where employees can get the most out of their careers and their lives. Paul is based in Hong Kong.
