Sara Ho joined Jebsen Group heading a new function, career development, in 2007 and was appointed as Human Resources Director, Jebsen Group in 2017. She spearheads the HR transformation journey by introducing Jebsen’s Employee Lifecycle to drive a desirable employee experience with the synergies of all HR functional teams, restructuring the HR function with an agile HR operating model as well as driving HR digitalisation. Being the Managing Board Committee Members, Sara continuously accelerates Jebsen Group’s sustainable business, organisation and people growth in Greater China.
Sara holds a Master Degree in Communication from Hong Kong Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Translation and Interpretation from City University of Hong Kong.
