Shawn Tan is an experienced HR leader who has held regional HR and business leadership roles across hospitality, consulting, media and retail industries. Throughout his career, his strong understanding of how business works has helped him link HR initiatives with specific requirements. This encompasses functions across HR business partnering, change management, policy development, employee relations, industrial relations and talent management.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University and is certified as IHRP Senior Professional by the Institute for Human Resource Professionals. He also holds HSK Level 6 certification and often receives invitations to speak at universities in Singapore and China on HR and leadership related topics.
