Stan Choi is a dynamic HR professional with over twenty years of experience, he is currently the Head of Human Resources at Hex Trust, an institutional digital asset custodian. Incorporating local, regional and global experience, Stan and his team have designed and built an innovative HR function centred around the employee experience, one that is underpinned by best practice and enabled with technology.
Prior to joining Hex Trust, Stan held senior positions in orgnisations including Russell Investments, Bank of America Merrill Lynch (via AMS), and South China Morning Post. Stan believes the best employee experience is one that reflects genuine appreciation and an ongoing commitment to a team member’s personal & career development.
More recently, Stan has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Decentralized Me (DeMe), a web3 social platform where he will be providing guidance on all things people & culture.
