Wicky Cheng is currently the Global Director of Talent, Learning, and Organizational Development at Fresenius Medical Care, leading the talent management agenda for Commercial International in close partnership with the business for more than 60 countries covering Asia, Europe and LAMTA. Wicky focuses on establishing the talent framework, driving the talent pipeline and development, initiating diversity and inclusion, and fostering a learning culture and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Fresenius, Wicky held HR positions at leading multinational and local listed companies, including New World Development Company Limited, FrieslandCampina Hong Kong Limited, Imagi Services Limited, and Shun Tak China Travel Ship Management Limited.
