Samantha Buttle is an experienced HR Executive with a drive for establishing the right focus on people within organisations.\u00a0 \u00a0With over 20 years of experience across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe, Samantha has partnered with a number of leadership teams and clients on HR Strategies and change programmes both in-house and in an external consulting capacity.\u00a0 Her knowledge of both psychology and human resource practices provides the basis with which she has approached and implemented user centric improvement initiatives across multiple locations and industries.<\/p>\n

She has also worked on a number of organisation design, M&A, HR team transformation and culture change initiatives.\u00a0 With a particular interest in getting the best out of people, Samantha has a passion for supporting business objectives through the right people practices and solutions \u2013pushing the boundaries looking for new and innovative ways to develop these.\u00a0<\/p>\n
