Lavina is<\/span>\u00a0an experienced Regional Human Resources Leader across Asia Pacific with over 25 years of experience covering sectors of global professional services, consulting, logistics and retail.\u00a0 In the last 8 years, she was with KAS Group Asia which operates the sourcing business of Kmart and Target Australia where she has helped build a strong corporate culture with wellness at heart and transformed HR partnership with the Business in driving the Talent Agenda.\u00a0 Under her leadership, KAS Group Asia has won HR awards 2 years in a row in Best Employee Wellness Program, Best Covid-19 HR initiative and in the 2nd year, Best Learning & Development Program.<\/p>\n
