Elaine specializes in providing integrated HR solutions to support business growth. This includes the development and implementation of talent management strategies, organizational design and development, senior management coaching, employee engagement projects & labour relation, as well as professionalizing the HR infrastructure & competence.<\/p>\n

Elaine is the Head of HR of Sino Group, a property developer in Hong Kong which also provides professional property management services as well as runs the Sino Group Hotels in Hong Kong and the luxurious Fullerton Hotels in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.<\/p>\n
