Alice started her career 30 years ago and has worked with conglomerates and MNCs across Asia including Swire, HSBC and Jardines.\u00a0 Benefiting from the experience with conglomerates, she has worked with a wide spectrum of industries ranging from banking & insurance, supply chain & transportation, engineering to retail covering 12 markets in Asia.\u00a0 Currently the HR Director, North Asia of DFI Retail Group.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Alice is always seeking to make contributions to the profession and the society.\u00a0 She serves as a member of the Executive Council of the HK Institute of Human Resource Management since 2011 and has served in various councils\/committees focusing on vocational training and qualification framework.<\/p>\n

Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Occupation Psychology from the University of London.\u00a0<\/p>\n
