Jimmy Chong is currently the Human Resources Director for Schneider Electric Hong Kong, leading the HR functions for Hong Kong and Macau Operations and the Schneider Electric Group\u2019s Global Hub in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

Jimmy has more than 20 years in the Human Resources management with career journey from operational specialist all the way to senior executive.\u00a0 He held HR leadership roles in various industries of both public and private sectors, from global MNCs, private equity backed portfolio company to public organizations<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Schneider Electric Hong Kong, Jimmy was the Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Grobest, a market leader in aquafeed industry backed by private equity.\u00a0 He was steering the company\u2019s transformation journey in terms of people and organization agenda, covering strategic development of talent, reward, organization and HR excellence.<\/p>\n

Jimmy holds a Bachelor degree in Business Studies from the City University of Hong Kong, and a post-graduate diploma in Management Consulting and Change from the University of Hong Kong.<\/p>\n
