An all-rounded HR professional with work experiences covering Hong Kong, Asia and Canada, Monica has been leading HR functions of a variety of industries, including Financial Sector, FMCG, Aviation industry and in Corporate Human Resources. She has held HR leadership and business partner roles with Jardine Matheson, Standard Chartered Bank, and the DFI Retail Group, prior to taking up her current role.<\/p>\n

Experienced in the areas of Talent Management & Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning, Organisation Design & Transformation, she \u00a0is driving the key people initiatives for the business, focusing on talent acquisition & development, employee engagement, rewards and wellness initiatives, enabling diversity & inclusion culture, establishing an agile and friendly workplace for all.<\/p>\n
