Ben Cheng is a seasoned business leader with 35 years of experience in the FMCG industry. He currently serves as the Executive Director, People, at Swire Coca-Cola. Swire Coca-Cola has the exclusive right to manufacture, market and distribute products of The Coca-Cola Company in 11 provinces and the Shanghai Municipality in the Chinese Mainland; as well as in the Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan region, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and an extensive area of the western USA.<\/p>\n

Ben’s extensive experience in the food and beverage industry spans over three decades, covering areas from supply chain to sales and marketing. He began his career at Swire as a production trainee with Swire Bottler Hong Kong in 1990. Since then, he has grown with the company, holding numerous senior leadership roles in supply chain, commercial, and general management across diverse market operations in the Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

Since 2021, Ben has served as the Head of HR, playing a pivotal role in developing long-term people strategies, cultivating a strong organizational culture, and driving significant changes for growth across various markets. \u00a0As both a business and people leader, he is passionate about making Swire Coca-Cola the employer of choice by fostering an inclusive environment where employees can thrive.<\/p>\n
