Doreen Siu a seasoned HR professional with all rounded experience encompassing general human resources management, talent acquisition, reward management, executive compensation, employee engagement, merger and integration, HR transformation, etc. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong and is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management.<\/p>\n

Currently, Doreen is the General Manager \u2013 Human Resources of MTR Corporation, one of the major employers with 18,000 employees in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

Doreen also leverages her knowledge and expertise to give back to the community through her roles in different professional organisations and NGOs. She is a HR Advisory Panel member of Hong Kong Red Cross, an Executive Council member of the Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association, a member of the People Strategies Committee of Employers\u2019 Federation of Hong Kong, a co-opted member of the Human Resources Committee of HKBU Chinese Medicine Hospital Company Limited, an advisory committee member of the Centre for Human Resources Strategy and Development, Hong Kong Baptist University, a member of the Human Resources and Administration Committee of the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation, etc.<\/p>\n
