Yen Ngai is a seasoned Human Resources Leader with more than 15 years’ experience in Supply Chain, FMCG and luxury retail industries specialized in organizational development and transformation across APAC region. Yen is currently the Senior Director Human Resources of Tory Burch responsible for driving the People Agenda for Asia Supply Chain and support the continuous growth in the region.
Prior to that Yen also worked for reputable multinational companies such as LVMH, Hasbro, Target Australia and Tesco. Yen holds a MSc degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University; MSc degree in Social Work from City University of Hong Kong; and is a life-time member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society.
