Evi Damayanti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia and is also a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder. She joined Bank Danamon in 2016 as Chief Internal Auditor. After two years, Evi was given a new challenge and appointed Chief Operations Officer, a role she held until March 2023, when she assumed another responsibility as Chief Human Capital Officer. In 2025, she was given a broader role encompassing Operations and was appointed Chief Human Capital and Operations Officer.

Evi has extensive experience and insight in the fields of audit and controls. Prior to joining Danamon, she worked at Citibank Europe (London and Zurich) and Barclays (London), with her most recent position being Program Director – Audit and Risk Review. Upon returning to Indonesia in 2012, she was tasked with establishing the Consumer Business Operational Risk & Control function at Citibank Indonesia, with the objective of enhancing the control framework.
