Maemar Chadavid Syamtar is an HR Expert and professional lecturer from Paramadina University with extensive cross-industry experience across AXA, Japan Tobacco International, Kanmo Group, and currently the oil & gas sector. He has led various strategic initiatives in organisational transformation, leadership development, talent management, culture transformation, and capability development within complex business environments. His expertise is supported by professional certifications in HR, Change Management, Leadership, and Executive Coaching, including as an Expert Certified Points of You Practitioner specialising in reflective and photo-therapy-based coaching approaches. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at Prasetiya Mulya University.

Beyond his corporate role, Maemar actively contributes to leadership and people development through academia and consulting. He serves as a consultant with Paramadina Management Advisory and Consulting Director at WIN Talent Center, focusing on strategic management, leadership, and organisational transformation. He is passionate about developing future leaders and believes leadership is about creating sustainable impact for both people and organisations.
