He also serves as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee on the Board of Commissioners.<\/p>\n

Bukalapak has garnered significant recognition for its workplace culture and HR practices during Suryo’s tenure.<\/p>\n

Individually, Suryo has been consistently recognised as a leading HR professional in Southeast Asia, receiving numerous accolades for his contributions.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Bukalapak, Suryo gained diverse experience across various industries, holding roles in both HR and business functions. His previous role as Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group involved leading large-scale transformation projects in the telecommunications, energy, and banking sectors. His expertise extends beyond HR to include sales, operations, post-merger integration, and analytics.<\/p>\n

Suryo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.
