[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.8.1″]Edwin Surya Putra is an experienced Hospitality Human Resources professional with over a decade of expertise in talent acquisition, training, and employee engagement. He currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at NIHI Sumba.<\/p>\n

Edwin’s career has spanned prestigious brands, including Marriott International and Kempinski Hotels. At Marriott, he held various HR leadership roles, such as Director of Human Resources at Sheraton Belitung Resort. He also held a senior HR position at JW Marriott Surabaya, where he was recognised for his outstanding leadership.<\/p>\n

At Four Points by Sheraton Makassar, Edwin led the team to achieve Platinum certification for its employee wellbeing programme, placing them among the top five performers in the Asia Pacific region. At Bulgari Resort Bali, he contributed to the resort’s achievement of Emerald certification for its commitment to environmental and social sustainability.<\/p>\n

Edwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and is pursuing a Master’s in Applied Tourism.
