With a proven track record in emerging markets (particularly Southeast Asia) and global environments, she serves as HR Director in Indonesia and HR Director for Power System East Asia & Japan at Schneider Electric.<\/p>\n

Her expertise spans various HR functions, strongly focusing on leadership development, organisational culture, sustainability initiatives, transformative HR strategies, and fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. Before Schneider Electric, she held key roles at the OLX Group, where she served as Global Employee Experience Director, supporting operations across 35+ countries.<\/p>\n

She also brings valuable experience from ANZ Bank and Merck, where she led HR functions and spearheaded key learning and organisational development initiatives.<\/p>\n
