She has diversified leadership successes in leading the HR function which spans across various business areas, such as HR Director at Amcor Flexibles Indonesia for 2 years; People and Organisation Director at Mars Incorporated for 4 years and handled various HR fields at Mars for 7 years before finally rejoining the company; and HR Senior Manager at Johnson & Johnson Indonesia for 5 years.<\/p>\n

She is also a Certified Coach from International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a wife from a lovely husband and a blessed mom of 2 amazing children.
