Wanda Abubakar is HR Country Head of Infineon Technologies in Indonesia. He is prominent HR leader with more than 15 years\u2019 experience in the industry. He strategically builds leadership and technical competency for semiconductor ecosystems. He has capability to translate the business\u2019 strategy into required people strategy. One of the examples is successful deployment of Infineon\u2019s Jumpstart program which establishes local-engineers pool to foster company\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, he is accountable for the success of people and organisational transformation of Infineon Technologies in Indonesia through digitalisation of HR processes and fostering digital culture of its workforce. Beyond Infineon, he actively engages Universities and promotes adoption of semiconductor curriculum.\u00a0 His main interest is to build an inclusive workplace where diverse capable individuals are working together and generating value for the organisation. To him, the success of an organisation is fundamentally contributed by its people, not only advancement of machinery or technology.<\/p>\n
