She has a wealth of experience in HR operations, commercial business partnering, as well as talent & organisational effectiveness and employee relations / industrial relations.

Adrita has worked in diverse markets across the Asia Pacific region, including Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Japan, and her currently in Malaysia. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in India. Adrita strongly believes that learning agility, adaptability, and a strong focus on achieving results are crucial for success in her field.
