Alvin Kanniah is the Head of Human Resources at Ground Team Red, where he leads his team to positively impact the lives of over 3,400 employees.

With over 20-years of multi-disciplined experience, Alvin is a firm believer in the adage “Great leaders create more leaders”. Leveraging life-long learning as a tool to affect this, he has mentored and positively influenced the trajectory of budding leaders in past and present organisations.

Alvin is currently rekindling an interest in music and enjoys consuming content on Audible and The Economist.
