Anitha is a seasoned HR & OD professional, an ICF credentialled Professional Coach and an author, with over 28 years of experience spanning across manufacturing, retail, IT & Aerospace industries. She currently heads the HR function for a Canadian multinational for its civil business across 10 countries in APAC. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations at varying levels of their lifecycle including startups, joint ventures and M&As

She is a Post Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Symbiosis, Pune and also a Fellow of the Asian HR Board.

With her passion for talent development and employee experience, she has conceptualized and implemented various global and regional programs on leadership development, succession management, competency & performance frameworks and employee wellbeing initiatives.

She also led her HR team to win the HR Excellence Award for Diversity & Inclusion in Malaysia.
