Barry is a seasoned international HR leader with over 15 years of experience shaping people strategy across complex, global organisations. His career spans multiple industries—including Oil & Gas, IT, and Telecommunications—where he has led large-scale HR transformation, built high-performing teams, and elevated end-to-end employee experiences.
Originally from the UK and based in Malaysia since 2023, Barry currently leads HR for Hilti Asia IT Services, where he is driving strategic workforce transformation and modernising HR capability.
Alongside this, he serves as Global HR Business Partner for Global IT and is a core member of Hilti’s Global HR Transformation team, contributing to enterprise-wide change initiatives that align people, technology, and business performance.
