Cherry currently serves as the HR Director for Malaysia and Singapore at Moët Hennessy Diageo, the prestigious wine and spirits division of LVMH. Prior to her current role, she held positions at several MNCs including PepsiCo, The Estee Lauder Companies, and Premiere Global Services (an IT web conferencing company). Specialising across the APAC markets, Cherry finds fulfilment in collaborating with dynamic teams and nurturing vibrant talents and cultures.

Drawing from her experience in start-up environments, Cherry successfully established the APAC Shared Services Centre and Global Technology Center in Malaysia for The Estée Lauder Companies, as well as spearheading the expansion of business presence in Malaysia and China for Premiere Global Services. Her dedication extends to organisational development, employee engagement, culture shaping, people development, and enhancing operational efficiency to optimise organisational and team performance.

Cherry’s leadership is recognised and awarded in the locally and regionally. A committed lifelong learner, she holds a Master’s in HR Management from Open University Malaysia.
