She brings a wealth of experience in areas of both Strategic Business Partnering and Total Rewards across various industries including one of the big 4 audit firms, banking, insurance, FMCG as well as Escalator and Elevator industry.

Her extensive work experience in renowned MNC companies have shaped her expertise in the following areas: HR Transformation projects, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits Strategy, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Experience and many more.

Ching Li is currently leading and driving the Empowered People strategy for KONE Southeast Asia (SEA). She has been recognized as the 40 Most Influential HR Leaders in SEA.
