Cyril is currently the Head of HR in Dindings Poultry Development Centre, member of Malayan Flour Mills Group. He has many years of experience in driving and cultivating the culture of talent growth and engagement that enable the organisation to achieve its strategic goals. Cyril started his career as talent acquisition specialist. With his passion in people, over years, growing his career as Head of Organisation Development and Head of HR, he has helped many individuals shine in their role through various engagement and development initiatives. Experience as HR in multiple industries, Cyril has gain full spectrum of human capital management experience, specialising in talent acquisition and organisation development.

Cyril is a SHRM-SCP certified practitioner. He holds both Bachelor and Master Degrees in Psychology from HELP University.
