David Jansen has more than 20 years of HR experience. In his professional career, he was with Shell Malaysia for 14 years, PwC, Nando’s and currently now with Rotiboy as the Head People & Culture.

He started off his career as a waiter in the entertainment industry where he was also doing Deejay in his early days. As his passion towards people grew, he was given an opportunity to get into HR and from thereon, he never looked back.

Now at 44 years old, throughout his career in HR, he has contributed to many HR transformative projects which has won him multiple awards in organizational efficiency.
