Dr. Jessica Tang is a leader, coach and an expert in Talent Development who nurture and build others. She holds a doctorate in Educational Management, Planning and Policy, an MBA, a Master of Science (Statistics) and Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from University Malaya.

Currently, Dr. Jessica is the Head, Talent Development in Top Glove, the largest gloves manufacturing company in the world. She has 30 years of professional experience in the industry and academia. Prior to Top Glove, she has worked with two other multinational manufacturing companies and a private university, mainly focused in the areas of quality improvement and learning & development. Her work has evolved from being a passionate contributor to an effective leader, shifting the paradigm for the development profession in ensuring talent success.

Dr Jessica Tang is a people developer who has always been in touch with the people she developed and coached, and creates valuable experiences for them. Noted for her personal and professional efforts to develop others, her work has been recognized through various awards at the national and international levels. She was awarded the “HR Manager of the Year” by HRD Awards Asia in 2021. She has been invited to speak at international conferences, and published research papers in reputable academic journals.
