Felicia is an experienced HR professional in the space of leading people matters and agenda.  Her experience cut across various industries including multinationals in building materials, health sciences and pharmaceuticals, retail, and technology.  In over three decades, Felicia has taken operation and strategic responsibilities in various aspects of HR and is passionate in employee engagement and development.  She is a talent management expert and skilled in coaching, project management, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and performance development.  Her involvement in talent development includes future succession planning and development across multiple countries in the region and provided support to customize global talent management materials into the local market context and ease of implementation.

She is now the Senior Director, HR in Novugen, a Malaysian-based pharmaceutical company which started in Malaysia and is a wholly owned subsidiary of SciTech International based in UAE.  Novugen delivers vertically integrated Finished Products globally through their R&D and manufacturing facilities located across the globe.  It is the first company to have a fully automated, high containment (OEB5) Finished Products manufacturing facility in Southeast Asia, and the first Malaysian pharmaceutical company to receive approval from the USFDA.
