Haryati is an achievement-oriented person with good organizational, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills. She is the Head of the Strategic HR Department under the Human Capital Division in the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC). She has over 15 years of experience in various fields, including employer branding, employee engagement, communications, improving employee experience through corporate social responsibility (CSR), event management, project management, industrial relations, integrity & employee relations, etc. She has an interest in people’s development and aspires to connect with people and hopes to lift their spirits in any possible way.
