Izzat joined SOCAR Mobility Malaysia in 2018 as a HR manager, and has been serving as the Head of the Department of People and Transformation since 2020. She can be deemed as a jack of all trades with extensive experience in a broad spectrum of industries ranging from Telco, Game Development to Subscription Video on Demand (SVoD). At present, Izzat is lending her expertise to SOCAR and is responsible for the company’s evolution from conducting standard Human Resources operations to becoming an organisation that has a people-centred transformational vision.
