Jevan Nambyar is a seasoned Human Resource chap with demonstrable track record in all facets of Human Resource Management. He champions in Talent Spotting, formulating HR strategy and initiatives, Talent management, Benefits Redesign and Change Management. In his current role, as the Head of People & Development for Orsted Malaysia, he is responsible for Leadership Development activities, delivering HR Partnering to the businesses on people matters and support growth strategy as well as build an Inclusive & Diverse culture. Jevan brings broad HR experience from businesses such as AirAsia, Lendlease, Korn Ferry and Shell.
