Karine, with more than two decades of industry experience, is currently the General Manager, Human Resources for Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific. She is passionate about the people agenda and in her current role, she crafted her vision for the organisation to drive the establishment of a dynamic workforce focusing on driving high performance, strong growth mindset and engagement.

She has an interest particularly in Learning and Development and took up the opportunity to further sharpen her skills and knowledge in this area by taking up the CIPD and AIHR accredited programs that allowed her to continue to support the growth of her people in her previous and current organisations.

Her vast HR experience in various industries, i.e. technology, start-up, e-commence, entertainment, gaming and investment holding has given her much satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment.
