Karl Francis V. Sandoval is the Head of Human Resources for Malaysia, Singapore, and AMEA Exports at Mondelēz International. With over 14 years of experience in human resources, he specialises in people analytics, organisational design, and labor relations, supporting large-scale business transformation and talent strategies across the region.

Karl has held several regional and leadership roles within Mondelēz, including Organisation Pillar Lead for Southeast Asia and People Lead for Supply Chain Excellence and Commercial functions. Earlier in his career, he led HR for Mondelēz’s Supply Chain in the Philippines and played a key role in advancing workforce capability, employee experience, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Mondelēz, he built his HR expertise through roles at IBM.

Known for partnering closely with senior leaders, Karl focuses on strengthening organisational effectiveness, developing future-ready talent, and building high-performing teams that enable business growth.
